It's time for you to rediscover your happy place and spend more time there.

Here are my four key areas explained:

Self care

Your physical and emotional wellbeing matters to the whole family. You need time and space to breathe, rest, and consider your own basic needs. So give yourself permission to relax, find joy, fill your cup and just be yourself – whatever that looks like for you. Forgive the mistakes and welcome healthy choices. We’re all human, and you are already doing an incredible job.


We are stronger together, so surround yourself with positive people in real life, not just online. Ask for help and build up a strong, fun and supportive community. Choose to do more of what makes you feel confident, empowered and connected. Nourish your body, calm your mind, and be a kind friend to yourself by ditching guilt, shoulds, comparison and perfection.


Declutter your mind, space and schedule, and use your breath and your senses to ground you in the moment. Switch off the screens, and set clear boundaries and realistic expectations for yourself, which honour your current rhythm and responsibilities. Because when we pause all the doing and get curious about just being, only then can we start to see the ordinary in new, extraordinary ways.


Practice gratitude to help you gather silver linings, get perspective on the bigger picture, find more balance, and trust that everything happens for a reason. Teach your children how to notice the good in people and in the world, and how to give and receive love and thanks. Even on the messiest, scariest of days, there’s always something to be thankful for.
