Some little doses of calm and compassion… to counter the corona chaos. This is your chance for some headspace during this crazy time. Find out more.

Join me for some guided calm and compassion for mums. I’ll throw in loads of practical tips and exercises to support your mind, body, breath and heart.

In the live Zoom sessions I will share tools to support you with overwhelm, anxiety, lack of control, guilt, loneliness, anger, irritability, grief, FOGO... and I’ll also sprinkle you with some compassion, permission, forgiveness, kindness, and just a few moments of peace in your impossibly busy week.

HOW MUCH

Meditation Practice Groups (dates tbc)

WHAT

A five week new-season re-boot or kick-start for anyone wanting to get into or back into the rhythm of regular time for you, just to sit and breathe with other mums needing the same. These practice groups are suitable for all levels of experience.

There's no right or wrong way to 'do' meditation, and you can't 'get it right'. It's ok for your mind to wander, it's ok to feel emotional, and it's ok to fall asleep - I know how tired you are. In fact all these things happen in most of the classes! So we'll just share our questions and our tips, and support each other to feel the best benefits from the work. The more you practise, the easier it gets, and the more you will feel the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, which for me have been life-changing.

How to Relax (dates tbc)

(when you don't have the time/headspace/energy to relax!)

WHAT
A 6-week relaxation course for mums, including simple breathing techniques, beginner's mindfulness, and quick, easy practical tools for promoting mental and physical relaxation. We'll look at my four key areas of Self Care, Support, Simplicity and Smiles, all designed to give you space and time for some much needed time out, in the context of your busy family life.

Beginners Mindfulness for Mums: dates tbc

WHAT
A 4-week taster of mindfulness for mums, including simple techniques for breathing, visualisation and tuning into your senses. We'll look at the power of gratitude, self-compassion, forgiveness and acceptance, tackle the judgemental inner critic and boost your physical and mental calm. This course is about how to be more present in your everyday life - as a mother, as a woman, as yourself.
