TOPIC TALKS

I come to you - home, school, workplace - either in person (London W4) or online - for a practical, interactive session on any of the following topics:

Family Mindfulness in a post COVID world: This session looks at the longer term effects of the pandemic on our emotional wellbeing at home and at work, and how mindfulness can support us to recover and recharge.

How to Pause - finding calm in the chaos: A super practical session, learning about the principles of mindfulness and how to weave the practice into everyday life (without spending lots of time or money!).

Self care for real life - what, why and how: A myth busting session to explain why ‘self care’ actually means ‘healthcare’. We'll look at why it's hard, why it matters, and how to make it happen.

Talks are £350 for 60-90mins, inc lots of practical demos and time for Q&A (in person in W4, or online), or £250 for a 45min quick lunchtime talk (online only)
